Overview

Forge Science supplies laboratory research materials intended strictly for research purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption.

Due to the sensitive and tamper-sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are considered final unless the conditions outlined below are met.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • An incorrect product was sent.
  • The product received is materially different from what was described on the website.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used prior to reporting an issue.
  • Claims submitted outside of the required reporting window.

Tamper-Evident Packaging Policy

All orders are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging.

To be eligible for a claim involving missing or incorrect items:

  • The outer sealed bag must remain unopened.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the sealed packaging must be provided.
  • Photos must clearly show the seal intact before opening.

Opened, unsealed, or tampered packaging voids eligibility for claims related to missing or incorrect items.

Forge Science reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear supporting photos (including sealed packaging if applicable)

Failure to report within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of the request.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We may require return of the product, or
  • We may require additional photographic documentation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Cryptocurrency payments, if refunded, will be returned to the originating wallet address when feasible.

Forge Science reserves the right to issue a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

  • We shipped the incorrect product, or
  • The item was confirmed damaged during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Order Cancellation

Orders not paid within 24 hours may be automatically canceled.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
