Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are generally processed the following business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.
  • Customers will be notified if significant fulfillment delays occur.
  • All processing and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Carrier & Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground services unless otherwise selected at checkout.

  • Shipping services are limited to areas supported by USPS.
  • Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.
  • Forge Science is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been transferred to USPS.

Tracking Information

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
