Order Processing & Fulfillment

Forge Science processes and ships orders Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM MST will be shipped the following business day.
  • We do not process or drop off shipments on weekends.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or order verification.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS 2 Day Air

The shipping method used will be selected at checkout when applicable.

Forge Science is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once the shipping label is generated.

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
  • Delays in tracking updates do not indicate shipment failure.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information after shipment.

Reshipment Policy (Stalled Shipments)

A package may qualify for reshipment only if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days.

Reshipment eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Forge Science following review of tracking history.

Packages that are moving within the carrier network do not qualify for reshipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Forge Science is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
  • Forge Science is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Any claims for missing or incorrect items must comply with our Refund Policy, including sealed packaging requirements.

Fraud Prevention & Order Review

Orders may be subject to review or verification if risk indicators are detected.

Forge Science reserves the right to delay shipment, request additional verification, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Forge Science, customers acknowledge and accept the processing schedule, carrier policies, and reshipment criteria outlined in this Shipping Policy.
